    This company has deceptive business practices and does not provide the service as stated in the terms and condition agreement. To receive their weekly residential trash services you give them permission to debit your bank. If you sign the paperwork for auto debit you automatically sign their terms and conditions. Buried in the bottom of the T&C you agree to a 5 year contract. Except for the listing in the T&C’s it is not stated this is for a 5 year contract. Also, they don’t tell you that up front. I would have went to another company if they had stated this requirement. In order to cancel your service you must pay for 6 months service you don’t receive plus $50 for the pickup of the can. At the end of the 5 years you have to call them no sooner than 120 days and no later than 60 day s of your anniversary to end the contract. I called to ask if I called to end my service at 2 weeks before my anniversary date, would that be acceptable. They stated if I called at day 59 I would be automatically enrolled for another 5 years. Along with the above mentioned problems they don’t provide the service they state in their T&C’s. I am currently on 3 (non consecutive) weeks of no trash pickup. Call and complain, they state they will send someone out but don’t show up. I believe this should be a breach of contract according to their T&C’s.

    I've been with this company since April. At least once a month I have to call about missed pick ups. When I call, sometimes I have to call again. When I asked to cancel our agreement, they said that I'd have to pay for the future service anyway. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend the to any one. I wish I could rate them a 0.
