    I had a bad experience with a very rude receptionist and when I complained I was asked what I was trying to accomplish by my complaint. I wanted to see some accountability for how I was teated as a client. My complaint was not taken seriously, and I was then told that there was not a corporate office that I could complain to. When I asked whom i could speak with above the store level I was told that the owner would have to call me back. i have followed up on more that 4 occasions and not only will nobody return my call but not one person has even tried to show any responsibility for how I was treated by this receptionist. I feel that I am being discriminated against and treated as I am invaluable as a client because I am a gay man. I can clearly see on the web site where they have followed up with past complaints and addressed issues so why am I being ignored? after three weeks of following up between a corporate office with not return call and leaving messages for the owner, I still have not received a response or seen accountability for the receptionist treating me as if I was an inconvenience the three times I had to interact with her.
