      Horrible !!! Heart broken ! Paid over $200 to have photos restored for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Never got the photos . I will be filing claim w CC company. Just awful experience. To take peoples money when such precious family memories …… just evil. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED !

      Good luck trying to contact them! No phone number everything is done via email and when I try to contact customer service through email for phone number no response. I was said I would get the photos in five days. It’s been close to two weeks still no pictures after being told 3 to 5 days and I needed it for relatives that were visiting from out of the country as a gift ,so disappointed.

      I paid $89 for restoration of one photo a week before Chrstmas.I got very few messages, as to status of photos.These were to be Christmas gifts for my kids of their grandfather years ago.They got my money and I DID NOT receive the pictures…It’s April 1st..Have heard nothing!!! Have tried several times to connect—no response! Buyer’s beware!!!Not sure this is a legitimate site

      BUYER BEWARE. Do not use this company. Wish I had seen the previous reviews before I paid to have a picture restored. I sent Memories Cherished my photo for restoration. After a few days they requested a higher resolution. Sent in my higher resolution and 2 weeks went by during which time my requests for status were ignored. I felt I was being scammed by Memories Cherished. When they did finally respond, each communication with them just strung out the process, probably to delay any action on my part to retrieve my money.
      I used a credit card. Had to cancel the card and have credit card company investigate. Do not use this company.

      I’ve sent them 3 mails and never heard from them. It’s good I paid through PayPal, my refund is on it’s way.

      Buyer beware. Like the other reviews, once they got money the email system went dead silent. I sent them over 8 emails asking about my image and when I could expect it but never, never got a reply once they got their money. I got on their "live chat" but there too, they kept evading my questions and would only say they will refer someone to get back to me in 24-48 hours but that didnt happen. I told them I am going to report them to the Bbb but I already see they are not accredited with them. I'll now have to call my bank. Do not use this company at all costs or you will be the one left hanging with no product and them getting your money. Please.....BEWARE AND STAY Away.

      Sent my photo, sent again in higher resolution at their request, at my cost tried to get it even better for them at their request. Was told I would hear from them in 48-72 hours, after almost 2 weeks I reached out and was told it was being sent to an expert restorer and the next day I was told it couldn't be done too blurry. I was sent a voucher which I will never have use for and I had previously asked for a refund knowing the photo was not restorable. They kept the 62.00. I never did see what they claimed they tried to fix. I never had the option of getting refunded my money.
