    Original Delivery Date 2nd week in January Supplier thru ******* ******** and ******* ******. ******* and/or Jemco are not returning my phone calls, setting a delivery. Jonny T***** is refusing to refund me my Deposit and/or have a meeting with me to discuss my options and moving forward to resolve this issue.

    To whom it  may concern,

    Thank you for contacting me on this matter. After speaking to ***. ****** on the phone, calling the vendor and calling her back to update her on her carport, I believe this matter has been resolved. Please note that the customer was told at the time of signing that we were looking for a late January to the first part of February for installation due to the holidays and weather permitting.  There were no missed or ignored phone calls. When we talked, I only asked for the opportunity to look into and correct any issues first. All of this is recorded on our surveillance camera. If there are any further questions, please contact me by phone or come see me in our office anytime.

    This building was delivered and installed last week, right on schedule. ***. ****** was told it would be delivered and installed from the last week of January to the first week of February. As I told you before, all conversations are recorded for this reason, there has been no wrong doing. ***. ****** received her carport as agreed. Any further questions or concerns, lease let me know.
