    I was referred to this clinic for PTSD and I can’t get ahold of anyone! I’ve called so many times in so many days. No one answers the phone most of the time. If someone does, I’m greeted with a lady who sounds miserable and says, “call back another time to schedule an appointment.” The automated voice massage system says, “we’re busy with a patient. Calls after 2pm will be answered the next business day.” I have left voicemails and still have not received a call back. This is ridiculous, this is why people kill themselves! They can’t get the help they need from offices like this! No I don’t trust them to help me!
    I want this to show when others look this business up and I want the business to call me to schedule and immediate appointment!

    Before receiving the first complaint letter, we had already called the patient back to schedule, even though we received a foul message from the complainer. There was no answer however, we left a message. He called back again & left us a message & we called him back again-this time we were able to speak with him & scheduled an appointment for ********. Please let me know if we need to do anything further to keep this off of our record. Thank you!

    On ****** ***** ****, I had an appointment with Dr. ******* and after my session I went to the counter to make my co payment and the lady threw my card at me. I called the local authorities and the business put me on trespassing notice. I didn’t do anything wrong and I was put on trespassing notice. The lady was the one who threw my card at me and when tried to explain the situation they requested for me to be on trespassing notice
