    Hixon did my roof in October-November of 2022. On August 27, 2024 I called Hixon roofing because my bedroom ceiling had leak stains on it from a leak on the roof and to let them know the shingles on a couple of my house roof brows were loose and coming off. They sent someone out to see what the issue was and said they would get back to me. I had to call them because no one called or came back to fix the issues. They sent another person out to see what was causing the leak and again did not hear back from them. Then the Hurricane hit and the already loose shingles came off and the leak got larger on the ceiling. I called in November very upset because this issue should have been fixed back in August - September 2024. I asked for the owner to call me to get this resolved. David Hixon called me and came out to fix the leak in December. I asked him when the ceiling would be painted and he told me it would be another 6 - 8 weeks to send someone out to paint my ceiling. Well 6-8 weeks passed by and no one has come out. It is now May 2025 and my shingles have not been fixed and my ceiling still has a ugly stain on it. I understand that the Hurricane has all the roofing company busy but this issue has not been resolved since August 2024 and this should be covered under their warranty department. Every time I call to find out when they will send someone out to fix these issues, I have been told they will pass the message or someone will call me back but no one has. This is unacceptable that I have been dealing with this for 8 months now! Worst customer/warranty service that I have experienced and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They need to take care of their existing customers too and not just focus on getting new roofing jobs.

    Still haven't heard anything about the loose/missing shingles. The contractor they sent out did not want to do the repair due to it voiding the warranty. He called and spoke with Patrick but I have not heard back from Hixon.

    Our company has been in contact with *** ******* and a representative has been out to her home. The roof issues were fixed, but as for the staining on the ceiling, unfortunately painting is not in our scope of work. To our knowledge, the customer is on the books with the painting company to have the stained ceiling resolved, but the painting company has not gotten with her yet.

    Hixon roofing replace the rook on my home a 1 1/2 ago we have had problems with a valley leaking inside the home Nixon voided a 10 year warranty I had to get another contractor to complete the job. They charged me for ice and water shield barrier in the valley’s and none was installed cause the leak. I have tried to resolve the issue with hixon several times they will not respond. I received a call stating all warranty was void and they would not return to fix it after they have had two repair crews try to fix it.

    Mr. *****. Thank you for leaving a review. However, we are seeing that the full story is not included here. What you did not mention is that you had another roofing company come out and do additional work at your home. That work did not meet roofing code requirements.
    The vendor tied into our roof (which that roof did did meet code specifications) and created the leaks that you mention. Then, you informed our team that no one else had worked on the roof and that the leaks materialized after our work was done, so in good faith, we sent a repair crew out to assess the damage. This is how we found out that someone else had done this work and caused this damage. This also resulted in you voiding your warranty with us and us having to cancel the repair.
    Our word and our work is very important to us, and we will always take responsibility for fulfilling our warranties, but when our work is harmed and you as a customer make a decision that voids our warranty, we are no longer going to be able to help you under that warranty.

    The inspection by another contractor shows that the leak in the valley was caused by poor workmanship and the screen in porch roof has nothing to do with the existing work Hixon Roofing has done.
