    On September 23, 2022 Air Solutions Plus, LLC. otherwise known as Lowery Clarendon Heating and Air installed this new Dual Package Unit that they received from ******** **** ******. On September 13, 2022 Jimmy Lowery text me a picture of the unit and said one of the side panels was damaged when they received it. I told him as long as there was no other damage and they get a new door I was good with him installing the door with his technician Dave. When they installed this unit they had to pull the blower wheel unit cause it was making noise. I paid them $2,000.00 to install this unit. and after 2 days. there was water running out of the unit in places where there should not of been. After further inspection there was water running all over this unit the condensate collector box was cracked and they had to know this as they were having problem with the unit draining on Friday during the install. When they reinstalled the blower unit they failed to put a screw back into the blower unit which caused damage. All the water that is spilling over the blower unit will cause a short. Now the unit needs to have a reclaim done and the filter drier with leak repair to prevent mold from growing in the brand new unit. This unit should of been properly inspected by the technician and should not of been installed in this condition.
