    This business continues to take more then the agreed weekly rate for my Sons afterschool program. I have on three separate occasions reached out to them concerning them drafting non approved funds from my bank account. This has not only happened to me but to at least one other parent that I know. Again, there is never ANY notice of them increasing the amount until I am notified by my bank. I always reach out to them immediately and on occasions do not get a response until my husband reaches out to the business. This is a crime because them taking additional funds out of my account is the same as stealing! The business has issues with communication and my self along with other parents have had issues with staff as well. I gave one star only because it required me to do so in order to leave this review and due to the inability to leave a negative star rating!! BAD BUSINESS hands down. I have yet again reached out to the company and this time along with my financial institute concerning the draft. I also made the company aware that I was reporting to the BBB. Looks as though the company isn’t accredited by the BBB. Can’t imagine why.
