    I wish I would have read the other reviews before hiring. Jamie poured a slab under my deck, he stated he would make sure it sloped towards the yard not the house. Well, it sloped towards the house which was apparent after it rained a few days after completion. After numerous unanswered calls with requests to repair the work I decided to contact an attorney. They also left at least 10 form boards on our property along with trash. The cost to remove and repair the damage is more than I paid Jamie to install. Please be aware if you plan on hiring

    I only wish this review process allowed for a zero star review. Like the two previous reviews, I regret not researching these guys further, but they were referred to me by a building dealer that said they did good work, and so we proceeded to hire them to clear and grade some land, and then pour a concrete slab in anticipation of installing a metal garage. Although, the clearing and grading did finally get done, it was always with constant excuses and delays on that part of the project. When they did finally frame and pour the slab, I made the mistake of paying in full without checking the site work. Two weeks later when the install crew shows up to install the garage, we find out the slab is a full 4 inches out of square, so the entire garage is on hold because Jaime promised us twice that he would make it right, which he never did. Also like a previous reviewer, we are now going to be forced to seek restitution through civil court to help compensate for finding someone else to correct their mess. Also, they represent the business as being an LLC, and they most certainly are not an LLC, and never have been We recommend staying as far away from Guzman concrete as possible.
