Jake has always been great to work and Turnkey did a great job on my roof installation. They gave me the best quote out of 3 roofers in the area and did a great job with protecting my home and meticulous clean-up afterwards. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Excellent customer service and good communication throughout the process from quote to completion. Roen was great to work with and the team that came to complete the replacement of our shingles worked conscientiously and cleared up thoroughly once they were finished. BJ with Turn Key Roofing helped to make an unfortunate situation into a very encouraging experience after Hurricane Helene made her way thru the area and left her mark on the roof of my commercial property. After a storm hits- it can be a scary time filled with many uncertainties and unknowns but BJ came out the very next day, walked thru the entire process with me and handled the insurance necessities with my representative from start to finish. The crew that completed the work was punctual, professional and polite. The ladies in the office were great to deal with and even gave my pup treats when we visited! Had Jake come out and give me an estimate after hurricane Helene came through our area. Was very pleased with the cost and the workmanship the crew showed. It was a total roof replacement and even with all the weather situations we had, they got the job done. I had a roof put on by them 10 years ago. I wanted a metal roof but was talked in to getting the so called lifetime shingles. They should have lasted at least 30 years. No since the day they put them on I had a leak here then there. They did come out and fixed them. I thought. Yet I was stuck fixing the inside. Now I was hit by the hurricane Helena and I have leaks all over. They will not honor the contract or their word. The crew they sent out to put it on was rude and disrespectful. After they left I found roofing nails all over my yard like they threw them off the roof. I stepped on one. My truck got a nail in my tire and a friend did as well. I called them out and still not keeping their word or the contract. They gave me an estimate to put up a patch but no warranties or guarantees. What good is that? They don't even trust their patch work. Sad . I called the after my Mother and sister had their roofs put on by them, thinking I could trust them. Well they also had constant leaks every time it rained.Turn Key Roofing, LLC

You haven't called us in 10 years about a leak. You called us after hurricane Helene and your workmanship was only a 1 year since it is a mobile home. It wasn't workmanship. You had a tree hitting your roof from the storm and your roof was full of 10 years of debris. We have pictures showing the debris build up. We call this maintenance. I hate that you feel this way but this was definitely not workmanship or a manufacturer defect.Maria C

I did call you out a few times. Please look back at your records. I sent a video of the bad spots to you. I don't know if it was bad shingles or craftsmanship it was clean and no debris . You just commented me on your site review. Was 5 Stars now 1. You are and have been trying to change a written contract. No where on that contract states what you are coming up with now to not stand by your word. Yes I did have debris where the tree fell but I tipped your worker to clean what he could and he took it. I can't say if or what he cleaned because I was not on my roof. I had asked him to check out the other leaks. He did and took pictures. I never expected you to repair that part of my roof that was hit by the tree for free. On my contract it does not state because it's a mobile home. No where. It states a lifetime guarantee on the shingles no limit, that's it. I was told I had a 10 year workmanship guarantee sadly that part is not on the contract. On your site review is I put where you came out and repaired a leak. We were in a drought that year but when the 1st rain fall came my skylight leaked. It never did before. You put a board with shingles on it and took out the skylight. Then another heavy rain came and it was pouring in the vents you all put in my other two bathrooms. After the rain you sent a guy out to caulk around them. That's when I found out after the fact I only had a year for the craftsmanship work. The tree that fell was on the other side of my house over the master bath. The tree area is not what I was complaining about it's where the bad spots over my guest bathroom, one of my other bathrooms. No one checked if it was the shingles or craftsmanship. It didn't leak in my house so I didn't know it was leaking and making the spot bad the wood is soft. That is what I was trying to get a point across to you I sent videos, pictures of leaks I have throughout my house and no not where the tree hit. The last guy you sent out did give me an estimate for $500 to patch something. Not clear about where but no warranties or no guarantees that the patch work will stop it. So why should I sign that?
