I bought a ***** 40 Volt HP Brushless 21 in. Cordless Battery Walk Behind Self-Propelled Lawn Mower ************ FACTORY BLEMISHED from ****** ***** ****** on 3/8/2022. Today the mower died and is still under warranty, the self propel and LED lights work but the mower blade will not spin up so I can not mow, tried it with multiple batteries. I bought a ***** mower on the 3rd and fully charged the 2 batteries that came with it. The batteries only lasted 14 minutes each! I would not have bought the mower if I knew this.Business Response

I bought a ***** model RY48111 electric riding mower in April 2022 through **** ***** for mowing my 2 acre parcel. I have liked it very much but after only 56 hours useage the batteries suddenly will not charge. I have followed all charging and storage recommendations (inside insulated garage) and used the mower twice this year, but on the third attempt without warning the mower shut down. Now the charger, which was used successfully 3-4 days ago, suddenly will not stay on longer than 10 seconds. Tried all the recommended remedies with no luck. ******* ******* provider in Denver metroplex is 26 miles away, works out of his home, and can't test my charger for 3 weeks! Website pleas for assistance have gone unanswered. Trying to reach a human at ***** has been impossible so have been unable to discuss options. Only remedy is to buy new $252 charger online to see if that's the problem.. If not, I'll have to buy new batteries costing at least $800 for non-***** options. A $3,390 mower should last much longer before incurring such costs and the manufacturer should stand behind it with suitable warranties..Business Response

I should have been told up front that the inflator that I have was no longer available & I would not have wanted a replacement. What I was sent is not as good as what I had. It is heavier , no handle , hard to read display, too small & the attachment is not easy to get on the tire nozzle without loosing air. It was nice that the company offered something to me but I am not really satisfied with what it is. I have had to order a original replacement on my own & pay extra out of pocket to get what I wanted, when I had a 3 year warranty on my old one. What good is a warranty if it can't be used for the original product? I like ***** products & have several of them. That is all I buy for their quality but it's a shame that this time it failed. Would like to see reimbursement back to help coop what I have put out on it. I hope you can stand behind your products, Thank you

I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my recent warranty claim for the batteries On April 4th, 2024, I contacted your customer service to initiate a warranty claim for my batteries, which were still under warranty. Despite phone calls and unanswered e mails, it has now been over a month since my initial contact, and I have yet to receive the replacement batteries. This delay has significantly inconvenienced me, as I rely on my ***** for maintaining my property. Without the functioning batteries, I am unable to use the equipment effectively, I understand that delays can occur, but over b a month-long wait without any updates or resolution is unacceptable. I urge you to expedite the processing of my warranty claim and provide me with the replacement batteries as soon as possible. I contacted **** ***** for the manufacturer warranty. Since all repair facilities are minimum 80 miles away from my city. I have email one such facility in Martinsville, VA, who have shown their inability because of a bad experience the manufacturer. Upon my contact again, I was given the name of 4 facilities to communicate and see who accept shipment for the repair. The manufacturer will then provide me a shipping label. One facility responded in affirmative. I then emailed the CSR for shipping label but got no response. Then called in a couple of time and was promised shipping label. However, the manufacturer failed to honor commitment.Business Response

The resolution I have requested is repair. The shipping label is one step in that direction. My shipment of the chemical sprayer is received by * * * ***** ****** ****** (authorized repair facility) and in their response mentioned 3 weeks but I didn’t understand what that mean.The issue will be resolved, when I get the sprayer in the working condition.

Bought a bunch of ***** outdoor equipment in May of 2023. I registered the equipment for easy warranty issues should they happen in the future, but 4 months later, the mower's blade stopped running. I splurged on this model and went all-electric. When I called into Care the lady told me she would submit to have it mailed off and I should keep an eye on my e-mail. After 2 weeks, I called back in but no response and texted with little help. They then offered me 2 service centers over an hour away each as the closest service locations. When calling, the service locations said they can't guarantee a repair and I would likely need to drop off the equipment meaning I would spend over 4 hours travelling back and forth just to see if they could repair it. I paid for one-off mowings waiting for the resolution and have recently tried to get in contact again. Their text/chat loops into an automatic "Thank you for using the chat" response, I have called in, waiting over 90 minutes and had no response and have requested 3 callbacks with no resolution. Today I checked my "5 year warranty" and they have shaved off 10 months from the warranty start date to July of 2022. Thankfully I uploaded the receipt that shows the purchase in May of 2023. Any and all help to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. In all honesty, I would prefer to get my money back and go with a different brand altogether.Business Response
