    No warranty for the purchased product ZT 480e of less than 3 year. No Customer Service, no ability to register to request for service, service center does not provide service unless paid for under warrant products. Unable to contact the company complaint department or functional website to send a message thought during work hours. No live customer service. Product is too heavy and no way to pick up the riding mower for service. Product is designed poorly for customer self repair. Unable to do so. Attempted 4 times to contact the company, no response from email, text, or phone call.

    I purchased a Ryobi chainsaw at Home Depot 8 months ago in anticipation of my repairs at home that only just now started. Well, I went to use it this weekend and the battery won't charge at all. I also put oil in the saw and the oil dripped right out of the bottom. I tried taking it back to Home Depot and they said to contact Ryobi. I called Ryobi numerous times and nobody will answer their line. Their website also won't allow you to register your product or schedule a repair. I need someone to send me a replacement. It should not be this hard to contact a business.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 

    To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, I would like the chainsaw to be replaced, in addition to the battery, as I mentioned that when we put oil in, it dripped out of the bottom.  I did receive the new battery yesterday and that works now, thank you!   I tried doing the rapid service on your website and I keep receiving errors.  It says I can go to a local dealer for replacement, but the closest one isn't near me.    I am providing the numbers for the chainsaw below.  If you could send me a replacement, I'm happy to send this one back to you.

    I purchased a ***** lawn mower from **** ***** that was rated to mow 4 acres per charge. At best I get about 1.75 acres. I have asked them to send an additional set of batteries to enable the advertised amount to be achieved, they only sent one. Now I can mow about half of the advertised amount.

    I wanted to reach out about complaint #********, listed under ***** ****. We have dealt with this customer previously as ***** ****. We had our traveling repair team go out to him and they have determined no problems with his mower, that it was an expectations issue. We then gave him a battery as a courtesy. His complaint here states he only received one battery. The one was the agreement that was made as the courtesy.

    I never agreed that the problem would be resolved with 1 battery. I said I would try it, I have, and it did not fix the problem. I stated this in the previous message, but apparently that was not read. By the time I received the battery, mowing season was over, and there was no way to properly test it. Again, read my prior message.

    I purchased a ***** 7" 8 amp wet tile saw w/ lazor and stand (Model #******), on 12/28/23 from **** *****. Serial number: GW23211D2C65351 The ***** sight did not permit me to register my product. I emailed ***** using their sight under "Contack Us" and no follow up occurred. I went to use the tile saw for a job and learned that the clutch was faulty: it will not hold the saw down in place, so the saw floats and fails to cut all the way through simple 1/4" tile. ***** failed to reply to the website registration failure. I have a faulty saw and have to spend even more of my time to get corrected. I attempted a second registration, but the sight does not recognize the model number and fails to show the model in its very limited drop down model choices. I again sent a contact us message. No reply as yet. I called and selected the call back option: No response as of the time of this complaint. This issue needs to be corrected ASAP. I need a usable saw. I already spent time assembling the saw, attempting to register the saw only to be ignored, attempted to use the saw for two jobs and found it useless, and now again -following up with ***** (One World Technologies) about the registration and now a replacement. ***** ********** ****** **** ******* *** ************

    I have been trying to get a replacement for my broken vacuum. It has a 3 year manufacturer warranty. The roller bar had stopped spinning and smells like it’s burning upon running . I have contacted the company several times with proof of purchase from 2022. I spoke with them on January 31 2024 and was told I would receive a replacement since my model was discontinued and could not be repaired . It never arrived in the 10-14 days . I called them again on 2/22/24 and they kept disconnecting my call I spoke with someone finally after 5 calls later and forwarded the receipt again and can no longer get anyone to answer my calls or emails

    I purchased a ***** lawnmower from **** ***** on 4/11/ 2023,. said lawnmower stopped working so I took it to the repair shop on 10/17 2023. I called this tech Tronic industry power equipment, which is a subsidiary of ***** and they told me the part is made in China and they have no idea when it’s gonna be delivered. I was also told by the repair shop that the distributor for this part “******** Inc” in ********, Ohio all so stated they have no idea when the part will be delivered.. spring is on its way, and I have no lawnmower and no idea as the when the repair will be completed. thank you

    Filed a claim for warranty repair for a *********** self propelled mower that is not functioning properly, Serial # is ************** on 9/22/23. I informed the rep at the time I no longer have the receipt and she confirmed the mower can be repaired or replaced thru verification of the Serial #, She actually stated the mower was covered thru the 4th day of the 11th week of 2025. The nearest service center was more than 3+ hour away so she arranged for me to ship the mower to the service center via *** ** and provided me with a prepaid shipping label. One week later, the service center contacted me stating they won't repair if I don't have the receipt. I contacted ***** and confirmed with a 2nd rep that the mower CAN be repaired under warranty w/o receipt. Did not hear anything for several months, f/u with ***** 1/16/24 and was told by Lydia the mower would not be repaired/replace. " I spoke with the service center as well as our Claims department and it was confirmed that the mower’s servicing/repairs would not be covered by the 5 year warranty due to the following reasons: The mower was not purchased from an authorized retailer to verify its warranty coverage. OR a copy of the receipt/online order was not provided to confirm that it was purchased through an authorized retailer. The mower was reported to be packaged incompletely for shipment, and as a result arrived to the service center damaged.'. Which came as a great surprise to me as I clearly and repeatedly informed 2 reps that I did not have the receipt anymore and was assured by the reps it was NOT necessary as the serial number indicates the date of manufacture and warranty coverage could be based of that information. Very distressing how this company can choose to honor or deny their warranty coverage. Yes you may have a 5 year warranty, but don't expect it to be honored.

    I purchased a ***** pressure washer from **** *****. The engine stopped working in December of 2023. I contacted ***** who stated that is under warranty but I need to contact their vendor for engine issues. I contacted **** ***** and they stated that they do not handle gasoline engines. I am trying to get help through ****** who is the engine manufacturer, but that has been difficult. I purchased a product that does not work. From my perspective, the issue is that the warranty is through Ryobi. I do not feel that it is my responsibility to go to third parties to resolve warranty issues. I purchased a ***** product. I did not select the parts that go into the product. If ***** provided the warranty they should honor the warranty.

    Purchased product in November 2023 and immediately had an issue with one of the cordless tools battery. Only option per ***** was to send them the new battery to check it. They confirm it was bad and would send me a new one, It;s been over 1 month and have never received a new one. attempted to call them twice and spent over an hour each tine on hold. Also used call back option but never heard from them. Also sent emails and surveys back, again never heard from them.     I purchased a ***** Snowblower and it has a 5 year warranty. The snowblower stopped working and I cannot get any service. I called the customer service line and they said your machine is under warranty but we have no service centers in your area. They refused to offer me any sort of help. They said the nearest service center is over 2 hours away from me. I called that service center and they are not taking any new clients at the time. I have no way to get the thing fixed!
