    My experience with ***** Customer Service is ongoing and terrible. One bad battery that came as a pair with a 40 volt mower. Warranty not worth the paper it was written on to date. Seller , **** ***** offers no help. Authorized repair facility said drop it off and we will look at it in 8 weeks do to back log. Over ten hours on hold with customer disservice and wasted time on their alternate help options also known as stall tactic. Emails have resulted in form letter response ten days after e-mail was sent. Same form letter asking same questions already answered with false promise and apology to get right on it. Shame is I actually liked the mower till battery failed. 1/4 acre lawn needs both batteries to complete and I Get 2/3 thru on one battery and second battery shows full charge but will not work. Thanks to ******* I found the issue , ***** has been of no help to date.

    Been on the line for over 3 hours. no one is picking up. They offer call back, they do not call back. New mower, battery wont charge after 3rd use. Last month, Control panel has wire broken, took it into the shop and they cant order a new part bc its on back log for months. Guy just soldered it, and now the battery wont even charge. ***** ****. No one works here.

    I like ***** tools. But one of my tools broke. I went to ******* website and did the "live chat" thing, during their service hours. The bot told me they had no customer service agents available. So I called their service number and simultaneously texted them. I was on hold for over 35 minutes with no response. The awful text bot was the same program as the live chat. It told me no one was available, then a moment later, after more interaction from me, said it would connect me with a live associate. I detest being on hold with a corporate number, and I detest even not dealing with this idiotic bot that can't answer my questions. *****, put a real human being at the end of the line. I hate your bot, and I hate your policy of not responding to your customers. This experience has led me to stop using ***** tools. I'll be buying from their competitor from now on, and selling off my remaining ***** tools. Caveat emptor.

    Customer no service. I have a P747 inflator/deflator that displays ERR have been trying to get a replacement since July 2023 and was given an order number August 10th but there is no tracking number. There is no way customer service responds in a timely manner. I would not recommend them to anyone because they do not honor their products warranty. If zero stars was an option, thats what I would leave. I will be divesting my investments in Techtronic Industries Power Equipment and **** *****. **** *

    Terrible company, avoid at all costs. I was an employee and they treated us terribly. I was fired for giving a two week notice of all things. They are being investigated for fraud and lying to their one customer.

    I have treated my mower exactly as described by their manual and all four *** batteries need replaced after two years of low to moderate use. Their only response is that their battery warranty is one year and have provided no other assistance. These batteries are $200+ a piece on a $2800 mower. I spoke to Erik, their team lead in the riding mower department, who told me there was "nobody else to escalate to" when I asked to be referred to his manager. Finally, he said that someone "might" call me but when I asked for that person's name he said it was "against company policy" to give it out. ***** is a publicly traded company worth billions of dollars. Absolutely absurd that they accept providing their customers with a faulty product and "aren't allowed to give out supervisors names"

    Lawnmower model ******** purchased 5/1/22 does not start starts hard, stops. Tried to resolve via ***** Customer Service, product under warranty, Was directed to nearest service center, 45-50 miles away. Service center is not taking in any more ***** electric mowers until late August or later. Suspect defective part has been on backorder since mid April. ***** is not offering an exchange not refund for product that no longer functions and does not have sufficient replacement parts or available service centers to accommodate in rush of repairs. In my opinion, the current rating of A+ awarded to ***** should be reviewed and downgraded.

    I needed a replacement part, so I called in early June. I was told it was on backorder, and it would arrive at the end of June/early July. It's now July 19, and I still don't have the part. I emailed them over a week ago, and received no response. I called three times today - they have the order number, but it shows nothing has been fulfilled - each of the three different agents transferred me to the escalation department, however the number they transferred me to has been disconnected. One woman told me I called the wrong number - she said I needed to call ***** directly. Well, the number I called was the number on the ***** website, and when I asked her to tell me what number I should call, it was the same one! I also did a live chat with them and they said the product is out of stock. Seriously? ****** has it, so I think ***** should have it. I will absolutely never buy a ***** product again.

    The handle of my ***** Battery Powered Lawn Mower broke. The metal steel right handle (can you believe it - poor quality) anyway. Called warranty, was sent to a service center 48miles away. Jumped in my car, drove nearly an hr 30min because of traffic, go there and I was told I had to pay $40. If you do not offer warranty, do not pretend like you offer warranty. It is a deceptive trade practice! STAY WAY FROM ***** AND ITS RELATED BRANDS PEOPLE!

    Despicable, I bought a ***** drill PCL206 as part of a 6 tol combo kit. After the second use it was smoking A LOT and had an awful burnt plastic smell. Getting a hold of support was near impossible, finalyl got someone on text. They want me to driver 1+hrs away to drop it off at a service center, will not cover shipping to the service center. Shopping would be 30$ but teh drill is only worth 75$. This company and product do not stand by their quality products and the rep i spoke with did nothing but recite the warranty policy to me over and over. They should be ashamed. Do not buy ***** products
