This property management company manages a Condo complex where I recently closed on a unit. I have been aware of this complex for >25 years and had always felt s though it was well below par as an investment of 2nd property. The changes that Capri core has made motivated me to buy a unit. I have owned many condos prior (I am 66 years old) and so far this is the best one in terms of complex improvements (significant) as well as ongoing management of the 240 complex. This is very impressive, and I think that Lori and Brian are 2 major factors in this achievement. They are always there to answer ANY concerns I have and actually address them. I strongly recommend them if you are in need of n effective management organization! Thanks you. **** ******
