    I was advised when scheduling my MRA that my total was $408.90 and I would not owe anything else. I was reassured this by the scheduling representative. She did not state that I could owe more if insurance decides to only cover a portion. If this has been related to me, I wouldn't have gone through with the MRA. Later on I received a bill for $1,631.35. I called the billing department for the establentment and they blamed my insurance for the charges, however, it is Anderson Radiology that billed for these charges. They should have been transparent when scheduling and at the time of my visit that I could owe more depending on my insurance.
    I received the results on my birthday, Sunday, January 26th which stated there was evidence of an aneurysm in my head. These results were understandably upsetting and, with it being a weekend, I could not call anyone in the office or my doctor. When I finally did get to speak with my doctor, he stated that he had to chase down the doctor that provided the results to see if the results were correct and, thankfully, they were not correct. Receiving these incorrect results at such an inconvenient time was mentally traumatizing to say the least. It was unprofessional of Anderson Radiology to make such a big mistake on my results.
    The staff were helpful at the facility when conducting the MRA but the representative who misled me on the charges for the MRA and the incorrect results was extremely unprofessional. I will never go back to this place. I believe they should reverse the billing for this account for the mistakes and reimburse what I have already paid.

    One image is what I was told was all I needed to pay for the whole ordeal by the scheduling representative. The second image is what Anderson Radiology billed to my insurance. 

    I understand costs but why misled someone scheduling for diagnosis when it could be the determining factor if they want to move forward with scheduling or not?
