      July 10, 2024, the system cost $3635.86. Rep was to return to go over the use of system in detail and that has not happen. It has been over a month and I have not had any help in using this item and haven't been able to use it. I have attached the contract of purchase to this complaint. I have called and sent messages and response has been very slow and sometimes none. I no longer desire to own this item and just want them to accept their unused by me product and cancel the contract.

      I have attached her full contract with the finance company and her window for return had to be done by July 13, 2024.  But in regards to no one coming back to help her, every time we reach out to her to come back and help her she is out of town.  However, we are in sales and are in folks homes every single day so we have been trying to get with her.  Again, every time we reach out to her she's not in town, and it has been for one thing from death in family to being on vacation.  Also, you will see in the attached contract, which she has a copy of the whole thing but only sent one page to you, we gave her 3 months no payment and her first payment is due in October.  I feel this is buyers remorse before her payments start to come out of her account.  However, we are reaching out again now to see if she is home for us to come out and show her how to use it. 

      Now, we just talked to her and she is telling us that life is over whelming, she just got a speeding ticket and her friend just died and she's had a lot happened in life, however, she's not free today, she says her next time is Friday at 2 pm.

      I do not accept this statement because it is untrue as to how this company has pictured me in this matter with them taking no responsibilty. 

      This response has stated that I was not available and that is not true. Yes I had death in the family and I had to travel and yes I went on vacation. Between those times (I let it be known when I would be available) but the rep was ill. Unfortunately the communication was not as it should have been but to say that I was not available and to make it seem that I was not responsible I do not accept this response. 

      I am not trying to cause a problem for the company or it's representatives but communication is key in any matter, but I find it very disturbing these things were spoken about me. I am going to try to move from this but the statement on the company's response is not true. I find it a bit disturbing to see this statement and it all seems to point to is me. I feel a bit uncomfortable after this because for the statements concerning me the company is taking no responsibility on their behalf and that is disrespectful.

      My statement in the complaint in this matter simply stated that in the past month, I had called and sent messages and that the response had been very slow and sometimes none. My statement was all fact that the communication was off and then to get this reply from the company is appauling.       The statement is exactly what she said to our sales rep so if she is upset that we are stating truth, there is nothing we can do about that.  However, after she said all this to my sales rep she did set a time up for her to come out on August 16, 2024 at 2 pm.  My sales rep did in fact go out and help her by showing her what all she can do with the system and how to use it.  She did state that she was very upset at my sales rep for telling the office what she had said on the phone to my sales rep.  So at this point I feel we have completed our obligation to the customer and this complaint, anymore going back and forth is not necessary, we went back out and showed her how to use the rainbow, have been communicating with the customer, and her 3 day window for cancellation has passed.

      Mrs. Lynn S****, owner of Pure Air, is the direct supervisor of Rainbow representatives/sales persons Brooke Y**** and Noah (?). On or around July 11, Brooke Y**** (Rainbow Vacuum Sys. Sales Rep.) made contact with Mrs. ****** ******* (80 yrs old, diagnosed with dementia). An appointment was then set to demonstrate the system in Mrs. *******'s home. On July 23, an associate of Mrs. Y**** (Noah) arrived at Mrs. *******'s home for additional demonstrations. The 7/23 demonstration at Mrs. *******'s home was attended by Mrs. *******'s sister and a friend, Mr. *****. As the demonstration and sales presentation took place, Noah was informed of Mrs. *******'s limited mental abilities due to dementia. He was also informed that no sale was to take place unless Mrs. *******'s sister was in attendance to advice her and review all paperwork and contracts. However, Mrs. *******'s sister and Mr. ***** had to leave the demonstration after several hours due to commitments. During the time that Noah was left alone with Mrs. *******, a contract was signed and a total of $2916 was agreed to. Mrs. ******* wrote two checks from different banks of $1362 each and an additional check for $192 for an attachment. It is noted that Noah was informed on several occasions of Mrs. *******'s impair mental ability and that no contracts should be completed without a competent person to review the transaction. No contract nor a receipt was given to Mrs. *******. The following day, one of the checks for $1362 was stopped. On July 25 Mrs. *******'s sister began making calls to Y****/Noah to returning the Rainbow system and receive a refund. Neither Rainbow representative has answered calls and has not responded to messages. I am representing Mrs. ******* in this complaint. I have contacted Mrs. Lynn S**** at her business, Pure Air Systems in Batesburg SC. Mrs. S**** has refused phone calls and has not responded. Brooke Y**** was contacted but falsely stated she had never met Mrs. *******.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/22) */ ******* ******* was asked by a customer to do a demo for them to help with her program. ******* ******* agreed to the demo because she loves her rainbow systems. In fact she had 2 old rainbows and one of which she wanted to trade in on the new one. Ms Y**** was not the one who sold to her her rep is Mr Hutto. Ms *******'s sister was at the home at the time of the demo as was her friend *******. I did speak with her sister about her sister up grading her rainbow but she said her's still worked just fine but if ******* wanted to trade in one of her's and get a new one that was up to her. After that conversation Ms ******* decided she wanted to upgrade to the new rainbow, she did in fact write me 3 different checks, which was very odd. She did contract Ms Y**** about her shampooer she had wanted to get with her purchase. Ms Y**** was in a car accident and she told Ms ******* this. Ms ******* said she understood and bring it as soon as she got a rental car. When Ms Y**** got a rental car Ms ******* was past her 3 day cancellation and was mad at this point as how long it took for Ms Y**** to come out to her. In the mean time Ms ******* stopped payment on one of her checks she wrote to this office. I have turned that over to the solicitor's office to handle at this point. This is why the fuss is about, because if she doesn't make it right in the amount of time given to her she will go to jail for a bad check. As far as her having dementia, this lady can tell you everything about Ms Y**** and Mr Hutto, in my experience from my grandmother having this disease, she could only remember things from her past not 5 days ago. As far as this person calling the office, they have not called this office unless he is hiding behind a fake name. The only person I have talked to about this is her friend ******* that called my office about this matter.
