    I purchased a Nissan centra 2021 or should I say I am buying. I haven't had the car a year yet and already the alternator went in it. They kept my car for a month. They said the car part was on back order . After I took the car back now the air conditioner don't work. This is a brand new car. This shouldn't be happening. They said they had no loaners or rentals. So I had to borrow a car to go to work in . So I asked before I left after them looking at my car . They said if needed a compressor . They are not doing loaners anymore . So in the mean time I am riding around in a new car with no air or heat . Even though it's under warranty . It's not my fault the car is having all these problems. I will never purchase another vehicle from Grainger Nissan . I got no kind of follow up about my car. I kept calling them. They never contacted me. When I was buying the car I couldn't get them out of my face after something was wrong with it I never herd from them . Someone did call and apologize, Before I took it back about the compressor . I have been inconvenience enough .
