    ***** ***** ***** hired my company to provide a commercial upfit at ********** in Mt. ********. He wrote a bad check against his first invoice, but after my partner showed up unannounced at the job site demanding the payment, he gave us another check that was verified before deposit. From there, Mr. ***** racked up another 12k in invoices that he never paid. My company stopped work, and has taken all possible avenues of action, but we are essentially screwed out of this money. Mr. ***** already has multiple legal issues in progress including a summary judgment for 100K+ that he has not resolved (nor did he respond to the judgment). DO NOT DO WORK WITH ***** ***** ***** or Palm Coast Builders in ***********. He is a full blown con artist.

    Scammed us and stole a $ ****** deposit and half of the appliances we purchased. No actually work ****** went through the courts and received a judgment in excess of $ 90K. He hid all assets prior to the judgment being recorded. Website is no longer up. Avoid an individual named ***** ***** Cowab who has left people scammed in several states. He changes the business name and state once he becomes known in an area.
