    Initially a good job. Very pleased with the work. There were several items afterwards to be addressed. Some were successfully. However, there were a half dozen items the owner agreed to complete, but did not. For over four weeks, I left voicemails on multiple numbers, texted, and even used a different phone to call from. NO communications. Frustrated, to now have to go find another landscaper to finish the work. Good people, but the lack of communications is a total head scratcher since the hard work has been done. Follow up to complete promised work is essential to customer satisfaction. FYI, this is my first BBB review.
