      They are my go to appliance service. Never had anything but wonderful experiences with them. I took apart my washing machine and went to them with a question on how to reinstall the tub and they were amazed that I even got it out in the first place. Told me that I probably needed a new washing machine when I described the issue. I have a home warranty and got a new one for free and they took away the old one. Just called them again about an issue with my refrigerator water dispenser. They responded immediately. Where I spent hours working on it, they got it fixed in 5 mins. Sometimes it just pays to call a professional from the get go.

      Denny's Appliance Service was very responses and able to get to my property much quicker then other local repair companies I had contacted. Their field tech **************, was very professional, knowledgeable, and repaired our appliance. He was able to explain to our home warranty company exactly what the issue was and was a tremendous help in resolving any and all warranty questions and concerns. Already have them scheduled for additional work.

      I have used ******* in the past and have been satisfied. They came to service my Sub Zero wine cooler, charged $40.00 labor for service call and told me it needed a new compressor. The compressor was under warranty. Then they charged me $1800 for 3 hours labor to install the new compressor.***************************

      We were there on a refrigerator call when she mentioned her wine cooler had issues. We cleaned a very dusty condenser coil and told her to see if that helped. That is the ***** charge. The product still had issues and it was determined the compressor needed to be replaced and since it is a very time consuming job she was told her cost would be *******, to which she agreed to. She makes it sound like we did the work then hit her with the ****. That is not the case. Also she failed to mention that Sub Zero gave a ****** concession toward the repair and she is being billed *******. ***** Bridges
