I went into dodge and specifically told them what was going on with my vehicle. They told me that they would do their own diagnostic ($160+). I also informed them that the vehicle was over heating. I left my vehicle for two days and they called and said the vehicle was ready and the check engine light was off. I picked my vehicle up and not even a month later my vehicle ran hot again and the check engine light was back on. I went to the dealership spoke with the service manager and informed her of the problem. THEY FIXED a part based off of a code I got from another place for my check engine light and they NEVER did their own diagnostic so they missed that I had a leak where coolant was leaking all into the front of my engine, and that my transmission was dry with burnt fluid inside of it which could have caused big problems. They missed the leak where coolant was leaking right at the front of the engine when they worked on my car for 9 hours and charged me $1749. When I did address the fact that they fixed the wrong part on my vehicle they proceeded to just offer me a free service at their shop. How is 1 free service comparable to spending $1749 with a dealership thats supposed to be professional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They did not even offer me a portion of a refund.

I ordered a part for my car and the dealership ordered the wrong one. When I went to pick up my car and noticed the wrong part was put on I immediately spoke to the service advisor who informed me that based on my vin # it was the right part.(it was not). This escalated to the ** of the dealership who told me he would investigate the issue and call me back the same day. That call never came and it is a week later and I still have not heard from him. To make matters worse he decided to speak with a member of my family without my permission about this issue. I have repeatedly called and left him messages to please call me back and he has failed to return my calls.

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from a dealer in another state, but had been taking my vehicle for all service matters as it was the closest Jeep dealership to where I live. From the first appointment almost a year ago, both my husband and I have been inundated with solicitations via email, text and phone calls from Butler's sales team offering to buy my Jeep (for a price that is not remotely competitive). We have both repeatedly asked to be removed from the lists/responded to the texts with the code that allegedly deletes our numbers from the list, but we still are getting multiple calls/texts/emails--especially in the week following an oil change. The Jeep is my vehicle, which I paid for, and Thursday I got another call from a salesman trying to convince me to sell my Jeep for $30,000. I was polite and told him no--we aren't interested. The next day, the sales team called my husband to ask him. I called to speak to the sales manager and was transferred to someone who may or may not be the sales manager. He minimized my feelings and was extremely patronizing. The entire "shtick" of their Sales Team has left a bad taste in my mouth; I won't be patronizing their business anymore and will be going to a dealership in another town for future service needs. I might be married, but I expect to be treated with the same respect as my husband--especially when I am the breadwinner who makes the financial decisions regarding my vehicle.
