Dear BBB,
As you may be familiar, we continue to receive complaints generated by individuals gathering false and misleading information from various social media platforms. While the complaint structure is nonsensical, Mr. ***** is correct in that he provided $*00 cash down. He is also correct that it is not a set down payment for all consumer transactions. Naturally, there are many different down payments associated with transactions.
With regards to the codes cited, I suggest *** ***** invest in knowledgeable legal counsel who had better explain the relevance or irrelevance as it relates to his request for a refund.

It very insulting for a business to use words like nonsensical when I was never given full disclosure in regards to the securities agreement. So please present this security agreement along with proof of my full disclosure. Also provide the document presented to me in reference to my personal information being issued to ANY AND ALL third parties and my option to opt out according to the **** ***** ****** Act. Provide my written permission that gave you the right to do so on my behalf. i am rescinding and retracting my contract according to my rights ***** **** ***. Show where there is a reasonable identification of the collateral within this security agreement.

never tried to help solve, I asked if there was ANYONE, we can speak to, never got an actual manager or financial person to speak with us. I confidentially feel, my wife and myself, were taking advantage of, especially being in the Military.

We have reviewed the paperwork on our end and nothing appears out of order. One of our management would be happy to review the sales contract with the customer. While there are no details with regards to the "correction of credit report" requested, we can also review and explain the credit reporting process along with the effects such a process has on one's credit report.

She has told me several times that she already sent in the check. She has blocked me and I have been to the business a few times to speak with her. She finally says she needs to send the check through email. I sat in her office and heard her on the phine with ******* ***. They said they would provide her with the email.
Here it is May 29th and the loan has not been settled. This is a huge inconvenience because I don't have a ride back and forth to work. I have to catch rides. The car that the other dealership had on hold for me is no longer available. I understand it takes time for things to process but this has set me back. I called ******* *** on May 25th and they did they haven't received a check yet and to wait until 6-2-2023. If they haven't received it by then, I will have to pay for a car that's no longer in my possession and Vaden has sold already to another customer via finance manager. I have also spoken to the GM and nothing was resolved at that level.Initial Complaint

It’s about three weeks in to Vaden of Beaufort , the wipers transmission was recalled on my equinox so far I’ve not recieved a call from the service department as of yet this is the 2nd time I’ve gone into the dealer Originally I requested the department head and a female came out she said she would call when the part come in I could be killed I am in Virginia it’s starts raining on 95 I could be killed the wipers stop working the first was on Charleston SC bridge so far there is no communication from the service department after a call was made to the dealership on 15 May and it’s now 16 May 2023 the dealership just doesn’t care about the customer at all. !!!!Business Response

Im only 22 this was only my second vehicle purchase I traded in my first vehicle for my second vehicle on June 4th 2022 they told me to lie about being employed while I was not employed they ran my fiancés credit without her permission and they let me leave the lot without car insurance for a whole weekend for about 48-72 hours I was told the 2019 ford edge was only going to be an extra $100 a month at the time I was paying $285.50 a month for the vehicle I traded in and they also pressured me into buying the Ford Edge my monthly payments went up from $285.50 to almost $600 a month just the car! They knew what my credit was and still proceeded to tell me it was only going to be an extra $100 a month they knew about my income situation as well and still sold me the edge not long after the purchase I started having mechanical issues with the vehicle so every time I took it in to try and get it serviced they would say they were unsure of what was under warranty coverageBusiness Response
