      I contracted with Whitmore Plumbing to raise all the plumbing pipes to the attic as our home is on a slab and we have wood floors, it would cause a lot of damage. The bathroom was contracted to be renovated following the plumbing. The bathroom was completed. I noticed when I showered the grout on the wall side did get lightly wet and assumed it came from the shower, so did not call until there was a problem after a few months, when it got worse. They did respond to my call and cut out two large sections of drywall found the leak and reworked it. II requested they get a professional dry wall company. They said no, the would do it, and it looks weeks for them to replace the sheetrock, followed by four trips to dry wall and the last trip the person who came said it needs one more application an never showed up. I had a drywall man here painting my ceilings and he was kind enough to put a coat on the smaller cut out, I was stuck,, decided to complete try with the 2nd cut out. It's not great but at least I can paint the wall. Understand I kept calling them but they did not respond. The last call I made asked them to put towel rod back. No response. It's a disgrace. If they do not respond to BBB will Small Claims Court.

      Whitmore was negligent not completing the dry wall and painting 

      (I am 84 and finished both drywall and painting)> The plumber who did the drywall came. I asked him 

      why he didnt return to finish the job, he said "they would not let me return." He did install the towel rod. 

      The original contract said they would only do rough drywall no paint, but my bathroom wall was newly

      Installed, they did the original plumbing during construction and then there was a leak, which they

      fixed and left two big cut outs. It took two months to get them to fix the leak and finally hang a rod. 

      Will never do business with them. I know if I did not contact the BBB they would still not be hung. I

      Can only do so much! Thank you for contacting them.
