      I am incredibly disappointed with the service and quality of work provided by Two Brothers Roofing. Over a year ago, they installed a new roof on my home, and since then, Ive had nothing but problems. The roof has consistently leaked, and despite their technicians coming out on three separate occasions to address the issue, the problem persists. Most recently, during a storm, it was literally raining inside my living room, with water pouring from the ceiling onto the floorcompletely unacceptable for a roof that is just over a year old. In addition to the leaks, there was also a misalignment issue with the chimney for my water heater, which was so severe that another technician refused to perform maintenance due to the risk of carbon monoxide leakage. While Two Brothers did eventually come out to correct this, it was only after a significant safety concern was raised. Whats even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I sent a certified letter requesting a response within two weeks regarding the ongoing leaks and damage, and I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or resolution. It is not unreasonable for a customer to expect a new roof to function properly and certainly not for water to be pouring through the ceiling into their living space. I trusted this company with a major investment in my home, and their continued failure to deliver quality work or provide timely customer service is beyond disappointing. I would not recommend Two Brothers Roofing to anyone based on my experience.

      The men did a great job on my roof, they had integrity and worked sun up to sun down. They didn't take any short cuts and removed and replaced all the rotten boards that were hiding under my roof. My roof is a 5 star roof from a 5 star company. Two Brothers Roofing gets a 12 out of 10 in my book.

They made our chimney look new again and put more natural light in our kitchen with a new sky light. It was great to work with one company and get so much done. We felt comfortable throughout the whole process and the owners of Two Brothers told us exactly what to expect to happen. ****, their supervisor over the crew was the best.       I called 2Brothers because my insurance ** left the state.. I needed a new roof asap.. 2Brothers told me they **uld get it done before the deadline!! They did!! They hauled off every bit of the old roof.. checked and rechecked our yard and driveway for nails.. **mmunication was great they took the old vents off and ridge vents.. and repaired and resealed vent pipes and reflashed our chimney! Plus provided us with a warranty! ??????????
