5 starsKevin's crew, led by Rodrigo, removed an old untreated wood driveway border with no drainage, and replaced it with a block retaining wall with proper drainage finished off with river rock. The work was performed professionally and correctly to a high standard. They even returned after the job was done to pressure wash and be sure we were completely satisfied. Communication with Kevin was great throughout the process. We are thankful they are still willing to take on some smaller residential jobs. Very good service, would hire again and highly recommend.

5 starsI had an old retaining wall built originally out of cross-ties. It was structurally unsound and had partially collapsed. Complete failure of this original wall would have caused a major structural building on my residential property to collapse. Keven and his team successfully removed and reconstructed a new block retaining wall without damage to my building. This was a high risk project completed in a very professional manner. To complete this area he leveled the surface, placed gravel and grass seed giving the entire area a polished look. Additionally, he removed a broken 55 year old greenhouse, moved and rebuilt river-rock flower beds, moved and aesthetically placed large granite slabs, removed a couple of small trees, removed all remaining cross -ties, and covered a sloping bank with remaining river rock. All debris was hauled away leaving a very manicured appearance. His team came on the scheduled start date and were a polite hard working crew. I recommend Keven C****** and Chapman Landscaping without reservation.Chapman's Landscaping, Inc.

I honestly didn’t know what I was getting, I told him what I needed and left the design and materials up to Kevin, but I am very pleased with the final product. 5 starsKevin and his crew erected a retaining wall in the front yard, a retaining wall around the HVAC unit on a steep hillside, cleared vegetation from the front yard hillside and put down 45 yards of mulch. This was a fairly large project taking a week. The work is excellent, giving us a beautiful front and side yards. The crew cleaned up every day and left the work site in great shape. Additionally, the crew corrected a couple of small issues around the yard for me.
Kevin was easy to contact and returned any calls or emails within 24 hours or sooner. While not the cheapest, the work done was excellent value for the money.Chapman's Landscaping, Inc.

5 starsA retaining wall beside our driveway collapsed and was repaired by Chapmans Landscaping. We are very pleased with the result and I highly recommend this firm. We approached several landscaping firms for advice and quotes to repair the wall. Mr. Chapman was prompt to respond, suggest a repair, and provide a quote. His company gets full marks for ease of communication, promptness in returning phone calls, arranging a schedule that suited both parties, and letting us know when anyone was going to be on site. Once they arrived on site, their professional organization and skill was impressive and the project took much less time than I imagined. The two men who did the work were competent, considerate, and friendly. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day and kept the disruption to my neighbors to a minimum. 5 starsWe had a 25+ year old retaining wall made of railroad ties, covered with juniper and weeds! Chapman’s did an absolutely wonderful replacement! They worked extremely hard, and left a beautiful block wall with river rock above. They were very professional, cleaned up every evening before they left, and kept us updated every step of the way! We had to wait a while to fit into their busy schedule, but it was well worth the wait! Great job guys!!Chapman's Landscaping, Inc.
