    I ordered a Kesnos dehumidifier from *****. It did not work from at all despite me following their explicit instructions. They supposedly have customer support department and chat option that is non existent. It took a week to get someone in the phone and two weeks for an email response. When I finally did get someone in the phone they were going to mail me a replacement with a shipping label for the defective unit. It never happened. I inquired looking for a tracking number only to find out they never mailed it out. Do not do business with this company. They are incompetent. They won’t be in business for long!

    I would not recommend this company at all! I bought an $800 unit and it died just outside of the 1 year mark. It was supposed to be able to cover 7000 sq ft. It's in a 600 sq ft basement. There's no reason it should have died. The company told me to send money to someone's private ****** and they would send the parts to fix it. When I told them I didn't trust sending money through PayPal, they asked me to do a review on Amazon & they would send a new unit. I did an honest review and because they didn't like it they said they won't send a new unit unless I remove the review. There was only one rep in the SC location that was trying to be helpful but apparently the China location makes all the decisions and stopped responding. This company doesn't have quality products and is super shady!
