    Terrible customer service. Sent me the completely wrong item. Return process is ridiculous. Been almost a month and I’m still waiting on my refund

    Awful business! Company website is difficult to use. When I did placed my order I was told they needed additional information. Gave them the information requested and placed order again. Was told more information was needed. I cancelled the order only to have the order processed twice on my debit card! Fortunately, my bank suspected fraud and did not process. However, do to potential fraud, use of my debit card was suspended.

    They sent me a empty package and told me to file a police report. 85+ dollars for a empty box. This company is a mess!!

    This company sells used items as new. I bought what was supposed to be a new sound bar. Item came without its original box and missing the remote. After contacting vip outlet I now have to go to *******, ship the item back and wait for a refund. This is inconvenient at the very least! If VIP OUTLET wants to sell used/refurbished products, they should list them as such

    Careful buying cell phones from this company. They sold me a stolen phone twice. Bought it in October of last year and returned it. They sold me the same phone again in Feburary of this year. Won't refund it.
