    Called on a Saturday for a dlow leak begore heading out of town for two weeks. Prompt response by calking service, prompt call back by *****. He showed up within quoted timeframe. Consummate professional. Listened to problem, reviewed and observed problem, offered three solutions depending on current vs worst case. Guaranteed a return visit if issue continued in two weeks. Highly recommend. Comparatively: Two competitors never called back and one only had tuesday as soonest.

    **** was awesome. He showed me everything that was wrong. My water bill went from $162 every other month to $890 in one month. It took **** about 30 minutes from start to finish then he was out the door with a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

    R. S Andrews was awesome. I had water all over my bathroom and into our bedroom, which is hardwood flooring. I called and they had someone here within the hour. The clog in the main line had cleared itself after I put drain cleaner in, but ***** checked everything out, ran water to make sure the clog was cleared, took care of some issues with two toilets and did a complete whole home plumbing inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He made several suggestions that ended up saving us some money. We definitely will use them again for any plumbing and air conditioning issues.
