    Nature of dispute: the owner of this store has closed the storefront over the summer and previously promised to fulfill all placed orders. The owner has had extremely poor communication and has pushed back the delivery date of the dress 3 times. She has now informed me that she does not have the funds to pay the designer to release my completed dress even though I paid for the dress in full on 5/3/34.
    The owner offered to give me a sample dress from her leftover stock but it would not be the dress that I ordered and would not be in my size. She has otherwise told me to wait until she can pay the funds to the designer.
