    These are just some of the issues Ive ran into in the last few months with Field Day Cleaners Specifically ********************* Consistency. Never consistent always missing rooms or not fully completing work. Tardiness. ALWAYS late.NO SHOWS Last minute rescheduling Lack of communication Unprofessionalism.While discussing my thoughts on the cleaning or -Lack there of-I was then called multiple times harassed until finally answered only to be cussed out and belittled of my house keeping, even though he had mentioned before the great upkeep of my house on numerous occasions . While warning others on a shared ************** I found numerous of people are in the same predicament. Many as far as paying for no shows and/or paying for full service for only half services completed with no response of Kodee (director of operations)I am writing this review in hopes to get a hold of the Owner of FDC as I have asked multiple times to speak with him/her about my experience.

    Impossible to find out who owns this company let alone get ahold of them to rectify issues. 1st time they were supposed to come:-rescheduled 1 or 2 days in advance because of schedule mishap okay fine.-showed up on the reschedule date did a fine job cleaning.2nd time:-didnt confirm so I reached out to Kodee evening before. Text back morning of saying he was heading in to surgery but had sent an email to all clients (that I nor others I know who use this business ever received). Thought it was pretty unprofessional not to follow up and ensure a client was aware they had been cancelled. He said he wouldnt be there (obviously) and that on base houses were indefinitely on hold because he was the only one with base access.-he text me the next day, while I was out of town to reschedule. I was at an event so didnt reply. 3rd time:-he had scheduled this cleaning the 1st (and only) time he actually showed up. Never followed up to confirm coming or cancelling and never showed up. I didnt even bother reaching out that time.
