    I signed an agreement and gave a $22,000.00 check for a construction of a Sun Room on October 1st, 2022 from Palmetto Porches. I was told the construction would be completed within 4 to 6 months. No construction has begun. When I tried to contact the company by phone I did not receive a return call, when I text, no return text since March of this year 2023. I called the company number told I would be forwarded to a voicemail. Then voice mail was full so I was unable to leave a message. I left an email with no return answer. It has now been 9 months. I just sent an email requesting my money to be returned. Just today.

    Palmetto Porches, Inc. or LLC
    hired September 28, 2022 and gave them a check for $9000.00 (1/2 deposit) to build a covered patio
    No refund as of 5/22/23 even though we told them the *** denied construction October 2022
    Have spoken with the Project Manager numerous times who always says he'll look into it

    Initially we made a deposit of $1,000 to have Palmetto Porches install a sunroom on 05/26/2022.
    Additionally, we paid a 16,000$ deposit on 07/14/2022 to have Palmetto Porches prepare a ***** ******** Engineered stamp plans for a building permit and production start up with a company called ****** ***** ***** *********
    As of today 03/23/2023, after repeated calls and verbal contacts only with their sales representative and others in the company, and after receiving repeated conflicting information and commitments each time, the net is we have yet to have any work preformed by Palmetto Porches.
    We have lost all confidence in this company to provide the services we have contracted for.

    Have pavers done in our back yard in July 2022. The crew installed the paver as we requested however a thunderstorm happened near the end of project. Sand was never put between the pavers as we were told it would be.
    After at least 10 calls to our sales person, we are still without sand between the pavers and now weeds are coming up in these gaps. Sales does not return and company has a PO box in Hilton Head so we cannot go to the office to file our complaint.
    This company is taking advantage of us, senior citizens in Sun City as they have received our full payment and left us hanging since. They need to held accountable for the lack of response. Thank you.

    Window leaks on new porch enclosure installation. They said they would be out to address it “as soon as it was done raining”. No one has been out.
