      We had our car brought in when the transmission failed. The dealer gave us a price on a new transmission and a price for a used one. We opted for the new one and paid approximately $8100, only to find that they installed a remanufactured transmission instead. They also are claiming that the loaner car was damaged while we had it, when it was not.

    Hilton Head Honda is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
