    Terrible customer service after my new pool install, do not recommend this company. My first problem occurred 18 months after pool completion. One of my three Pentair Globrite pool lights stopped working. After calling customer service I was informed that the lights are only warrantied for one year even though all the other pool equipment has a three year warranty. My other two lights quit working the following year. These three lights are $1500 + labor to replace and didnt last two years. The next issue occurred just within the three year warranty. The pool pump screen started malfunctioning so they agreed to replace the pump. After doing so the new pump started intermittently tripped the circuit breaker within three months of the install. Keep in mind this was a new pool install including all wiring. I called customer service about this explaining the problem in great detail. They sent a technician out to trouble shoot. I was not notified when he was coming so I was not home, but my security cams showed that he was on site for 10 minutes. After hearing nothing back from them I later received a bill for $209 stating the technician ran the pump at a higher Rpm and did not detect a problem. I previously explained to customer service that the pump only tripped the breaker intermittently, about once a month, and not just when running at higher rpms which it does during every daily start up. I have tried to clear up this issue with their customer service multiple times to no avail and they continue to send my a past due invoice for a problem they were unable to solve. And to make matters worse, the new pump still trips the ground fault circuit breaker every month or two which could indicate a grounding/safety issue.

    Mr. ********** are you still experiencing issues with your equipment? From our records it appears that the electrician replaced the breaker, and Year Round Pool replaced the Pentair Pump, both were under warranty, and parts and labor were free of charge to you. When we were brought in for an additional service call and unable to replicate the stated concern, you were charged for the service call after running multiple tests that failed to produce any results other than proper operation. This was a possibility you were aware of from speaking with our **************** team. That visit took place in May of 2024. Since we are hearing from you for the first time in 11 months since replacing the pump, it stands to reason the issue resolved itself? If this is not the case, we are more than happy to revisit and reassess.
