I tried to use a coupon for range golf balls issued by their company that states the following. “BUY ANY BUCKET OF BALLS, GET A SMALL BUCKET FREE” I presented 2 coupons to the pro shop and was told I could only use one. The note at the bottom of the coupon only says “Must present coupon. Not valid with other offers” I have used 2 coupons at one visit many times before and never had an issue. This is false advertising.

I was personally at the counter when this occurred. The coupon submitted to the BBB was not the coupon handed to my Pro-shop attendant. Said customer was trying to use an expired coupon. We did not and do not imply that this was intentional. I explained to the customer, that the coupon presented was expired and not valid. The coupon was changed in June of 2024, which is very easily identifiable to the staff here. The one presented was from before June of 2024. We still honored that coupon with the current offer. The coupon handed to the cashier was missing the expiration date, as well as the "not valid with other offers". Also, said customer was trying to use two coupons at the same time. The policy is and has been, only one coupon per customer per day. We have never allowed a customer to use multiple coupons per transaction.

I am rejecting this response because: The photo shows the segmented coupons to be cut and provided to the business and the date is not expired. There is no mention about using more than one coupon per day. I don’t understand why they are so petty with this.  They business is not losing any money whether one coupon is used or multiple. Again, I have submitted these coupons to various people many times and nothing was ever said.  I was never informed of any policy they mentioned and nothing is posted at the register.
