      On February 22, 2024, this company came to adjust/service my garage screen doors. I paid them $100 cash and tipped $10. After they left, I noticed a stain on the ****** above the garage. I called them and they came to look at it. They swear up and down that they don't use anything that would have caused it but offered to fix it at my expense. The office girl told me the owner would be in touch; that was over two weeks ago. They have been anything but cooperative.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We acknowledge the concern raised and are actively investigating the reported issue. I personally engaged with the client earlier today, and they have been in direct communication with our office regarding the matter.


      The complaint alleges that a substance has been applied to their exterior ****** walls. While it seems improbable that our products are the cause, we are taking this seriously. To address the situation comprehensively, we have sought the advice of two reputable power wash companies to tap into their specialized knowledge.


      Our longstanding practice of using a "Dry Lubricant" for over 15 years has never resulted in such incidents in the past. Upon completing our work at the site, there were no visible residues on the exterior ******. We make a conscience effort to never use products that would alter the color of exterior or interior walls. 


      Nevertheless, we are proactively seeking solutions. We have initiated discussions with the aforementioned power wash companies to determine the most effective approach for removing any substance present. We aim to arrange a meeting with them promptly, potentially within this week, to expedite resolution of this matter.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me for the moment. I am told the subtle discoloration will disappear in time. I'm disappointed that it took getting the BBB involved to get a response from the company.
