Poor daycare system with sorry excuse for management and no organization. Dismissed a child without verbal warning and child’s first offense when keeping other kids that are hitting/kicking teachers on multiple occasions and another kid pulling hair out of multiple other students. Favoritism plays a big role here! Letting a child run out of the classroom on multiple occasions without informing their parent or lock themselves in a bathroom stall without informing parents of so called “dangerous” behavior but when a parent has to contact them scheduling their own meeting just to be threatened of calling DSS on the parent for the child pulling the fire alarm once and it’s at his eye level. They do not file incident report to “not upset parents of their parenting.”They care about their own looks and not the education and wellbeing of children. Throwing a stuffed animal is deemed more aggressive than hitting/kicking/biting/pulling hair of staff and other students. A 3 year old telling them “no” is another dismissal offense. They expect robots who listen on cue rather than having consistent teachers/routine within the facility that would promote healthier behavioral habits. The teacher will change on a whim with no warning and go to pick up your child unknowing where they are. Don’t expect any incident reports or knowing of incidents until you call your own meeting for explanation of random dismissal. They do not have enough staff to provide for the amount of students that they have enrolled. They do not keep records of student incidents and don’t ask for video within the daycare facility because the director of the daycare “doesn’t have access” to those. They are unorganized, and allow teachers to make ethnicity comments regarding students hair, regarding potty training habits. Don’t let your 3 year old have an accident because they should be “well potty trained” by now. It is a sorry excuse for a daycare and should not be influencing the minds of our future generation.
