This operator (Jason B*** Media/"My Local Agency) is doing what they think is a clever bundling job to force customers into their high-priced, low-value subscription and to KEEP us paying for it. After repeated "Support" inquiries and vague responses (pertaining to status of products paid for, which INCLUDED software for "Contactreach" among other products), Seller stated that the video training I paid $547.00 for (for "Contactreach ALONE) "is yours to keep", but that the software is not. Their stated reason is that the "****" subscription I paid $97/month for (4 months LATER) and could no longer afford and de-activated because of Covid, terminated access to the same software I had paid for four months BEFORE this "****" subscription.

Purchased software recently and after purchasing was sent to another website for a One Time Offer. This is common so I was not surprised. In the video, Jason B*** the owner offered some training, additional software and a group membership for $197. BUT if you purchased NOW, you got a coupon that brought the price down to $47.

When checking out, there was no place for the coupon.

I wrote to customer service. First they denied the site existed. Then they insinuated I had seen it 2 years ago and was trying to get an old offer. Then finally the offer was closed 2 months ago and not available.

Well I purchased it anyways for $197 but obviously wanted to save $150 AND I do not like getting defrauded.

Do your due diligence with this company. The software is ok and I will use it...but they have a terrible reputation in mistreating their customers and being accused of stealing their money. Now I can't speak for others but I will tell you that in my case they pulled a bait and switch.

You can tell the character of a company by how they resolve or do not resolve complaints. Clearly this company has a character issues and all that comes from the owner Jason B*** who at least in my case is content with ripping me off. I see the other complaints and have found others on the internet stating similar things. Seems to me when you have these compaints consistently, they are most likely true.

I have a video of the site I was sent to. I recorded the whole presentation. They have since taken it down.
