    My dog passed away Thursday around 7:00 PM after her surgery. We took her to the ER vet once her breathing declined (as soon as we noticed it was abnormal) and she passed away on the way to ******* ****** ********. They stated that she bled too much during her surgery and she passed due to loss of blood. This has put a huge toll on my family and our hearts, we knew something wasn't right but we kept being reassured by YOUR vet and YOUR doctor that she was okay and everything was normal. EVEN WHEN SHE FELL TO THE GROUND IN YOUR LOBBY AND URINATED ALL OVER HERSELF- I was reassured that she was fine and that it was the "anesthesia". We spent OVER a thousand dollars to make sure YOU GUYS did your job and took care of my baby. Instead, she died. AFTER A ROUTINE SURGERY!!! I have never had this happen or heard of this happening. Her blood was all over her kennel along with feces and I WAS REASSURED THAT IT WAS NORMAL, however after speaking to multiple vets- they stated that it was in fact NOT NORMAL and you guys should have kept her to monitor her BUT YOU DIDN'T BECAUSE YOU WERE SCARED OF HER! Even after she was muzzled. Everyone that I have spoken to said that was VERY unprofessional, if you work in the animal field- how are you scared of a PUPPY? One that has never bit anyone at that.
    I am at a loss of words because I'm now being told that your vet does not have a good rep and I shouldn't have taken her there anyways. But, you guys are LICENSED PROFESSIONALS. I am hurt that I was lied to, If you could have told me that something wasn't right- I WOULD HAVE RESPECTED THAT SO MUCH MORE. I would have taken her to get help before it was too late. I was told to act like it was fine to get the information I needed, but I cannot keep quiet any longer. MY BABY IS GONE, MY POOR INNOCENT BABY!!!! WHAT DID I PAY FOR on 04/11/2022 when you guys were SUPPOSED TO MAKE SURE THAT SHE WAS FINE BEFORE SURGERY!!!

    Dropped my cat off to be trimmed & for yearly shots. Was told the price of $209, then told there would be an extra $44.50 for a vet consult after. I’ve never had this & asked why he would need a consult for that, he never has before. I was told that it was up to the Dr? So of course they added it & before I left I asked again to make sure of how much I’d need & was told $209+$44.50. When I got the call that he was ready they were telling me about other tests that he could have & I told them no thanks, he’s just been tested for everything about 3 months ago at another vet. Went in to pick him up & was charged $309. Asked why & was told that was with a discount? When I questioned what I was told the girl stood there & lied straight to my face & let me know I had to pay it all before they would release my pet so I had no choice. Last time I checked $209 +$44.50 doesn’t equal $309…I then asked about the “consult” & was told that the call to pick up my pet was the consult? WHAT? So they charged me $44.50 to call to tell me my pet was ready & try to get me to spend more $???? The most ridiculous thing I’ve seen yet! Just wanted to let others know that this place is a ripoff. Been having him trimmed here for a couple of years with no problems but it’s not what it used to be. Save your time & money! Also I was told last visit that he needed to be neutered & before I could have that done they would have to do a surgical removal of a testicle. The $ for that was $900 so I called around & was told that also was a lie. The removal wasn’t necessary but it would benefit him. I went ahead & had both procedures done at *********** ****** ****** for $425!!’ The exact same procedure! I would not recommend anyone to go here. I had been going just because it’s close to my home. I would gladly drive across town to save over $400! Something needs to be done as this can’t be legal…my suggestion is to go elsewhere unless you just have $ that you want to throw away & like dishonesty.
