My experience from Stuart who came out initiated the work, provided a fair price quote for the work and offered good suggestions as well. Wesley and his crew from Southeastern Foundation and Crawl Space Repair were a good team they worked professionally, showed up as planned, performed the work, and cleaned up the area after completing the job. Appreciate a company that still follows through on their work. I would use and recommend the company to anyone needing foundation or crawlspace work could.

5 starsI was impressed with Southeastern Foundation from my initial meeting with Scottie. Based on my knowledge regarding the required work, I could tell he was being open and honest compared to some other companies. On the day of the scheduled work, the crew arrived earlier than the scheduled time, even though they had a long drive from their shop. Prior to starting the work, the crew leader Wesley and I walked and discussed the project. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and how well the crew worked together. The Helical Pier installations required a depth that would have been an additional cost if I had utilized the service of one of their competitors. That alone was a cost savings as well as the overall project cost. Additionally, one of the crew members shared with me the time lapse video of the foundation crack closing during the foundation lifting process. The crew cleaned up the area and completed their work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them as I already have.
