    Great family operated company! I made the call to have them come out and give me an estimate for a whole house generator. They came out to my house immediately. Their terms were great and I agreed to everything. They were came back within just a few days and installed my ****** 29kw whole house generator and even cleaned up around it and planted grass seed. It has now been a few months and the grass is popping up and the generator looks beautiful. The generator runs and tests itself right on time once a week just as scheduled. Fortunately I have not needed the use of the generator until just the other night we had an outage for approximately 4 hours. I woke up and realized that the generator had kicked on and was powering the house. I went back to sleep without worry and slept right through the power outage. I strongly recommend Never Dark and Kohler!!! :)))

    5+ Stars! We’ve used Never Dark twice over a multi-year period for (1) electrical/transfer switch install on our home for a portable generator and (2) purchase/install/monitor and maintenance of a whole-home ******* back-up. Very professional. Quality work. On schedule. Good communication. They follow-through on what they promise. Highly recommended. We’d hire them again!

    We scheduled a free estimate a week out via phone call. Both ladies I spoke to were lovely. They never mentioned any pre-qualification etc. The late afternoon, the day before the appointment, we received an evasive phone call from the salesperson asking for our qualifications. Honestly we were beside ourselves. Extremely insulting. Knowing this would not be a good relationship. We told him not to even bother. We then tried calling the office, that I had spoken to the ladies. There was a long message about needing service and call volume, I left a message. I then tried again the next day, same message. Thought to myself, we made the right decision not work with this company because if we ended up becoming a customer and we had a problem with the unit etc. we would not even be able to get help. I guess we should be thankful that we found the salesperson to be rude and someone we would not want to deal with
