      I took a blazer and a pair of pants to kleenkare on sunset Blvd in west columbia, sc. They both came back with the same food smells clinging to them, which is why I took them in the first place. It blazer wasnot pressed well, as it had creases that weren't there in the first place. I will not be going back!

      Today i sent to drop off shirts and pants and i gave the lady with glasses my name and number. she then wanted the bundle of clothes and i asked if she was going to mark how many items i was dropping off and she gasped like it was an inconvenience to her! I asked because if i drop off 10 items and get 8 back there is an issue, however if i dont have it marked on the ticket there is not proof! Plus i have never had a dry cleaner not mark how many shirts and pants i dropped off. I told her forget it and that i would find another cleaner and never return and that her customer service was horrible! I also called that location to try and speak with a manager but the phone was answered then hung up on as i believe she recognized my number. I will never go here again. Lastly the owner of this business needs to have a website that a person can call to speak with ownership when issues arise, and the website for all locations is minimal.
