      I'm very disappointed with this company. Even though this company preferred for you to email sometimes you need to get on the phone to speak with someone because sometimes it gets confusing with emails excpeclly when you have to continue to send an email and NO one is responding back then when this company decides to get back it's a generates message I ordered several sets from this company and like what I ordered I was even able to speak with someone on the phone at one time y'all just made everything really difficult for a lot of us it's hard trying to get a hold of someone. To make things easier for your costumers and maybe you send the return label in the Package then that way if something doesn't fit right or you just don't like we have the label inside Of going through all these generated messages. But I'm done I can't be going Through all this and not able to speak with someone. Still haven't Received my return label. I have to look into other companies that Doesn't take you through all this I'm very disappointed thought I was a good Customer but it doesn't matter

      I am very disappointed with this company I order online frequently, and I've never had a problem with the return if the item wasn't correct! I ordered these breast cancer tights, and the sizing on the website was not correct. I ordered my normal size that I thought would be right and they're three sizes bigger I can fit two or three of me in these tights. I called the company right away. I asked for a return label, and they said oh no we don't give your money back. You have to get a credit? I don't want the tights and after looking at the website thoroughly because they said I could get a credit there is nothing that they have that will fit me or anything that is used to me. I think it is terrible business to send something to someone and if it doesn't work out, you should be able to return it and get your money back. After emailing and trying to call, I finally got a woman at customer service who said well you clicked on the box of our policy trick trick, trick and then, you don't get your money back if it doesn't fit you. This is not good business and I want everyone to know before ordering from this company to really make sure that you want the item and you're getting the right thing because you're going to get screwed over. policy. You screw people over and you lie to them then people won't order from you anymore . It would be much much easier to work with me and give me my money back and apologize for the sizing then to put me through this and to take my money and now I have nothing in the package is gone back. I never give bad reviews. I'm a very optimistic and good person but what this company did to me I feel everybody should know so I hope people that you read the reviews and don't ever do business with a company that won't give your money back if you're not satisfied. Sooooo disappointed and frustrated 😫😭😡. Can you imagine all this over Breast Cancer Tights well we know what this company thinks of Breast Cancer Survivors !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Hi,
       A member of management here.
            We offered Cynthia C*************** the option to exchange her tights for a smaller size or she could have opted for a store credit. This has been our store policy for over 10 years. Our store policy is clearly stated on our website and on our checkout page. All customers have to read and agree to our policies before they can complete the checkout process on our website.

      In light of this situation, we believe Mrs. G****** didn't have an issue with our store policy. It seems as if she has an issue with purchasing from a minority-owned company. She appears to be upset due to the fact that she made a purchase from a business that she didn't know was black-owned. We believe that when Mrs. G******* received her order, opened the package, and saw the enclosed business flier (our business flier has images of African American women printed on it) this is when she became curious about our company. She went back to our website and realized the tights she ordered had come from a company that sells and promotes products for African American women. That infuriated her. In fact, she did state to us on the phone that she had not done any research on our company prior to placing the order.

      It appears as if Mrs. G****** is upset because she has supported a black-owned company. As much as she loves those Breast Cancer tights, she just can't see herself keeping them because of the company where they were purchased from. There is nothing wrong with the sizing of those tights. We have been selling those same exact tights for 5 years. Every October for Breast Cancer month, those tights are our most popular selling item!

      We love all people, regardless of race. And we welcome all colors of women to shop with us.

      Mrs.G****** was very rude on the phone. She spoke loudly the entire time and threatened to smear our company if we didn't refund her. Our customer service calls are all recorded. We have the entire recording of the phone conversation and the transcript. She acknowledged that she knows what our policy is but wanted us to make an "exception to the policy" for her.

      She called our business 9 times repeatedly, back-to-back.

      Here are transcripts of the phone call. These are some of the statements made by Mrs. G****** to our employee:  

      "I didn't realize the website was not geared towards me!"
      "So, I opened them and then my husband goes, What the heck?"
      "Your store's not for me. I didn't realize that until I got the package and said, wait a minute, what is this?"
      "it was a mistake not knowing much about the website!"
      "I'm gonna call the Better Business Bureau in South Carolina!"
      "you don't want me to get upset because I will report this!"
      "A lot of people know me and I don't want to go there!"
      "I want my money back; I want it credited or there's gonna be a problem. So if you all don't want to be bashed all over social media and you don't, I'm gonna tell you right now, I will do that. I will bash this company in the light of tomorrow!"
      "your policy sucks and it needs to be changed!"

      We can provide a copy of the entire transcript and phone call recording to the Better Business Bureau to confirm what we have stated in our response.

      We are still willing to exchange Mrs. G******'s tights for a smaller size.
