    I paid for my room online Nov. 14.2024 around check out time and I didn't know that if u were to pay online u would have to check out and come back to check in at 3:00pm that afternoon but mean while after the funds was paid I was treated very badly and had the police called on me because I wanted to handle the situation about me having to check out and come back after I paid because I didn't know that was there rule policy at the hotel well anyway after the whole debate with me and the workers of the Masters inn hotel I was told to get off the property after I paid the funds and I was told by the them an the officer who came on scene that to take my funds as lost and so I left and tried to get the company to refund me back my money but hey never did and I have a son who is 1 years old and we live in and out of hotels Daily so therefore I really couldn't afford that lost after being mistreated that way for no reason at all

    Your reservation was made and paid for through *******, a third-party platform. As such, all payments were processed directly by them, and the terms of your reservation were listed as non-refundable. This means we are unable to issue a refund directly, as all transactions and refund policies are managed by *******. For your reference, we have attached a copy of your reservation, including the policy details provided by *******.
    Regarding your stay, we must address that you were asked to leave the property due to the use of abusive language toward our staff. At that time, you were advised to contact ******* to cancel your reservation and request further assistance. However, it appears this advice was not followed, and now, after the fact, you are requesting a refund. Since the payment was not made to us, we are unable to process any refund or make exceptions to *******’s policies.
    We recommend reaching out to *******’s customer service team to review your case. They are in the best position to assist you with any further steps related to your reservation.
