    Initially I had great service from this business. I had my windows tinted on my new 2021 car. Less than a year later bubbles formed, so I contacted him about warranty. He stated yes he offered warranty for 5 yrs. So he scheduled and came and only did my back window. After that it was terrible communication getting him back out to complete the job. Eventually he came but he halfway completed the job. He only replaced the tint on my passenger side. While doing this he melted the rubber on the window seal. When I noticed, I contacted again and was told he would contact dealership and schedule to have it repaired at no cost to me bc he did it. After that, I have not heard from him since the end of Oct. He stopped replying to me. Now I am stuck with damage to my brand new car that he should pay to replace, as well as two drivers side windows that have bubbles bc the tint was never replaced as he stated he would do. I highly do not recommend using this business. The lack of communication is ridiculous. I have been way more patient then I should have to be.
