    I had my home built and moved in April 2020. In March of 2020 Tim Mishou started the building process on my sunroom addition. Mr. Mishou drew out the plans for my sunroom and we submitted it to my HOA. Between March 31, 2020 and November 3, 2020 I paid Tim Mishou with 6 checks totaling $16,510.00. In September 2023 I noticed a circle forming on my bedroom ceiling. I called my AC guy out to check my unit in the attic to see if it was leaking and the leak wasn't coming from the unit. I then called a roofer that came out and looked over everything and told me the roof was not built correctly on the sunroom and that was the cause of the leak. This roofer took pictures and a video explaining exactly what was done incorrectly and causing water to pool on the roof. I then contacted Tim Mishou and sent him the pictures and video to see if he would fix the issue. I had him speak with my granddaughter due to the stress this has caused me. After waiting a long period of time for him to schedule a time to come by he finally met my granddaughter on February 15, 2024. He then told her that the roofer was not right and he would have his guys come and pour a putty/tar on the roof to seal it. This is not a fix for what was built incorrectly. As of today September 3, 2024 I still have not heard back from him. I am ready to move on this to get the issue resolved before more damage is caused. After my attempts to have Tim Mishou fix what he did incorrectly and his response, I would prefer he not have a roofer correct the issue to know it was done right. The roofer quoted me $5,946.66 for the repairs to be made and I feel Tim Mishou should be held responsible.
