    I contacted this company 8/9 about my AC not keeping temp. They came out and did a 2 hour leak inspection and found nothing but low refrigerant.. filled up the refrigerant and left. Two weeks later we noticed this fog/mist in our house and the AC again stopped keeping to temp. We called this company to come out again. They came out… refilled the refrigerant and said no leak, I’m not sure about the fog but you’re good to go. Two weeks later this happens again I call two separate companies and they both come the same day and say there has been a major leak. I was also unaware how dangerous refrigerant was. We did try to call the company back after the second visit on 8/25 to ask why after two weeks it would to be filled up again if there was no leak. This company has no voicemail. It has now been two months later I received a bill In the mail for $370. I understand payment and services. The bill does not concern me. The lack of them finding a leak, twice and my HVAC and having a fog/mist in our house for a month.

    Unfortunately the very busy Summer caught up with us at the end and we've been running behind on billing.  There are 6 people in the company.  I tried to call you at ***-***-**** to discuss the problem, but did not get a response.  As for our phones, if you called our office at ***-***-****, you should always get someone to answer the phone.  If it isn't Cleveland, Harry, or Matt then it is an answering service that will relay the message to us -- Can you let me know what phone number you were calling? 

    The system has a refrigerant leak in the indoor coil and it needs to be replaced -- so we provided a price for replacement to you.  Please call the main office at ***-***-**** or you can call me, Matt F*****, directly at ***-***-****, to discuss your options.
