      I reviewed different transport companies for over a week trying to make a decision, and I am absolutely sure I made the right one. William P***** was amazing to work with and extremely patient and professional. Because I am 77 years old and I don't have a computer, he was helpful filling out the forms and getting me a price I could afford. I was sending a car to my grandson. His first car and he lives in Texas and I live in Albuquerque. He will receive his birthday present on Thursday. The transport driver, Julio, was on time, and extremely efficient and professional. The car will arrive in Texas on Thursday and we will post more pictures then. He's very excited. They just could not have done a better job and I am extremely pleased and would recommend them to anybody. I have pictures but I can't figure out how to post them. Good job and thank you very much for making this a good experience!

      This company engages in unlawful, fraudulent, and deceptive business practices. We signed a contract to ship our vehicle from VA to CA for $1450. They were supposed to pick up the vehicle on a Monday. The previous Thursday, I called to confirm and was assured the pickup was on schedule for Monday. Over the weekend I continued to follow up to try and nail down a pickup window. He was being evasive over the weekend and Monday morning tells me he can't get any drivers unless we pay $1900. They purposely wait until the last minute in order so that you have no other options. These people are scam artists and I plan on reporting them to the FTC and the attorney general for their unlawful business practices. While scamming me, the representative (Sam Smith - which I'm sure is a fake name) even had the audacity to tell me "just sign the revised contract dear". Do not do business with this company under any circumstances. They were also late on the delivery and I didn't get my car back until I threatened to call the police and report my car as stolen.

      This company does not honor agreement with car haulers. Transporters stay away! They will trick you and won't pay.

      Quick and easy. I had to get ship my car from MD To WA and it arrived sooner than expected. Simon was transparent about the process and easy to work with. The driver was also easy to work with and gave clear updates about when he was arriving.

      Great job - very communicative, and timely. They got my car delivered, quickly and with no scratches or dings. I felt very confident that this would be a good company to trust with my baby and they did not disappoint. I'll be using Auto Frieght Carriers again next time I need an enclosed trailer shipment.
