      This company was absolutely one of the best that I have used. Communication was amazing, prices didn’t change, pick and delivery was right when they said it would be . Not only did they deliver the vehicle but he also kept in contact once it was delivered and made sure that I was satisfied with his service . I would highly recommend them.

      I really tried with this company to ship my car with them & realized I was trying to hard which shouldn’t be the case. I’ve shipped multiple cars across the U.S. moving. I get a flat rate price every time prior to shipping that doesn’t change at all. Apparently these goofy quotes you can keep. I will not be surprised with another new price when I’m shipping my car only so the broker or driver shipping company to take advantage & raise pricing on me knowing they will be shipping it at pick up or prior to. Unreal this is how they deal with people playing with the price while they move knowing they can take advantage!! Horrendous practices!!! Shipping companies need to realize, giving a flat rate to customers, They will actually have a lot more business and customers..I spoke with Thiago & Jeff today. If you guys change your mind & can actually guarantee a flat rate price on the quote you quoted of $822 total when delivered than I’ll probably book both cars with you guys & change my rating based off the shipping experience.

      Let us clarify your misunderstanding about our service and quote. Auto Freight Carriers LLC is a brokerage company as a service provider between you (The customer) and the driver (The carrier).
      We offer services and quotes according to the present actual market trends. The quote you got from us $822 was the average price according to the last shipments made on this route (Origin: La Mesa, CA 91942 - Destination: Sterling Heights, MI 48310). It was an estimated quote, not the lowest and not the highest!
      We always mention and let customers know that the quote is an estimate before starting the process so that there would not be any surprises at the end. We know what auto shipping concerns mean for customers and we always try to keep the price locked.
      An estimate does not mean that the price will be increased only, Mr. Carlos. It could be lower as well. Because you told us you would ship later this month. Usually, drivers will inquire to take loads (vehicles) 1-2 days before the pick-up date. They do not accept and secure spots on the trailers 1 month earlier than the pickup date. Our job is to get the lowest affordable price for our dear customers and minimize auto shipping costs
      We just offered our service, you told us you would like to look for another company. That's okay, as a customer you have the right of choice to make a decision about which company to work with. There is nothing wrong on our part, we offered what we can do, we did not sign with you, and you did not pay us anything. We never force or push any customer to work with us, we do all we can to get customer satisfaction.
      Unfortunately, you mentioned "If you guys change your mind & can actually guarantee a flat rate price on the quote you quoted of $822 total when delivered than I’ll probably book both cars with you guys & change my rating based off the shipping experience" - this is making us upset since we did not do anything wrong, we just offered service. It should not lead to negative experiences or opinions about Auto Freight Carriers LLC.
