    I am requesting a full refund for products that I paid for but did not recieve.

    On April 7th, 2023 I purchased and paid $327 for 2 face creams at the Green Biotics shop in Charleston, South Carolina. At the time of payment, I completed a form with my address so that the creams would sent to my house. The form states the creams would sent within 72 hours.

    By April 17th, I had still not received the creams by mail and my calls and emails to the company have not be returned. Additionally, no tracking numbers for shipment have been provided nor proof of shipment have been given to me.

    Since this time I have filed a compliant with my credit card company as fraud has been committed. I have been charged $327 for products which I have never received. Furthermore, Green Biotics have lied to Chase Credit Cards by telling them that I left the store with the products I purchased. This is not accurate.

    They offered to ship the products to us so we didn't have to take them on our carry on bags and they took our address to fulfill this obligation. We purchased these products in good faith and so far, 8 weeks later, we have no resolution to this problem.

    I would like a a full refund of money. There is no other option at this point. I am no longer interested in supporting a business with this sort ethical practices.

    Tried calling the customer twice but it was
    forwarded to voicemail. I left a voicemail informing her that I was the
    customer service for the manufacture of Green-Biotics and I am trying to help
    her resolve this issue because the satisfaction of our customers is our top
    priority.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have followed up with an email to Jacqueline, outlining my complaint. Until this matter is fully resolved. I am not accepting  their response.

    I’m glad to have an email address and some basic correspondence with somebody in the company but that does not resolve the issue.
