    **** is extremely knowledgeable about the business world in general and franchising in particular. He guided me through all aspects of the process (identifying the right opportunities, financing, potential pitfalls, etc.) that I would not have been able to navigate on my own. He has a friendly conversational manner and was always available to answer any questions I had. Not only does ha have depth of knowledge, but his ability to communicate is top tier.
